Ordering custom jewelry from your own sketch is easier than it looks. Here is how it works in our Bishkek workshop.
1. Idea and references Collect what you like: photos, stone shape, style. Even a rough hand drawing helps — we turn it into a technical brief.
2. Metal and stone We pick the metal (585 or 750 gold, white/yellow/rose, or silver) and the stone. Our stones come with a gem report; your stone is verified in the lab before setting.
3. Sketch and 3D model The key step: you see a 3D model before the piece is made and can adjust proportions.
4. Quote Fixed in writing — metal, stone and labour. It does not rise after approval.
5. Production and handover Casting, setting, polishing, QC. Usually 7–21 days.
