How ordering works: 5 steps
A transparent process with no surprises on price or timing.
- 1. Consultation — idea, budget, stone and metal.
- 2. Sketch and 3D model — you approve the shape before we start.
- 3. Quote — metal, stone and labour fixed in writing.
- 4. Production — casting, stone setting, polishing.
- 5. QC and handover — with a gem report if needed.
Metal, your own stone and your own gold
We work with 585 and 750 gold in white, yellow and rose, and with 925 silver. Your own stone is verified in our gemological lab before setting, and old gold is credited by pure metal weight after an analyser check.
Price, warranty and aftercare
The quote has three parts — metal, stones and labour — and is fixed in writing after the sketch. Pieces come with a workshop warranty and a gem report for significant stones; after handover we clean, polish, resize and re-set stones.
Remote orders and meetings at any hour
If you are not in Bishkek, we agree the design, 3D model and quote over WhatsApp and show stones on video in daylight. We are open 24/7; calls and meetings outside regular hours are arranged in advance.
A full cycle under one roof
The workshop runs alongside the Gems of Solomon marketplace and its gemological laboratory. Stones come from own and partner deposits in Africa and Afghanistan, are cut on professional equipment and checked by gemologists before setting — stone, cutting, report and piece in one pair of hands.
