RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1.1. These Rules determine the conditions for returning goods and canceling orders from IE Suleyman Rahim Kimadiy Uly, TIN 20103195950076 (hereinafter - "Seller").

1.2. The policy is developed in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on consumer rights protection and trade in precious metals and stones.

1.3. Placing an order means agreement with the terms of this policy.

2.1. Before payment: Order can be cancelled by buyer at any time before payment without additional conditions.

2.2. After payment before shipping: Order can be cancelled within 2 hours after payment without additional deductions.

2.3. After shipping: Order cancellation possible only with seller's consent and shipping cost compensation.

2.4. Technical errors: For payment system technical errors order is cancelled with full refund within 3 business days.

3.1. Precious stones: In accordance with KR Government Decree precious stones of proper quality are not subject to return.

3.2. Exceptions: Return possible exclusively at seller's goodwill upon written request from buyer.

3.3. Return conditions by agreement:

• Goods not used and retain merchantable condition
• Original packaging and all documents preserved
• Integrity of protective elements not violated
• Return at buyer's expense

4.1. Grounds for return:

• Significant non-compliance with stated characteristics
• Mechanical damage occurring before transfer to buyer
• Non-compliance with attached quality certificate

4.2. Claim deadlines:

• Obvious defects: within warranty period or 2 years
• Hidden defects: within 2 years from discovery
• Certificate non-compliance: within warranty period

4.3. Return procedure:

• Written application describing defects
• Providing photo/video evidence
• Independent expertise (if necessary)
• Return goods in original packaging

4.4. Expertise: Conducted in accredited laboratories at the expense of the party whose fault is established.

5.1. Payment processing: All payments processed through CJSC "KICB" internet acquiring system.

5.2. Refunds:

• Reversal: if operation same business day — instant refund
• Refund: standard return within 1-5 business days, maximum 30 days
• Refund made to same card used for payment

5.3. Refund specifics: Commissions withheld by bank during payment are not returned. Bank may withhold additional fee for refund operation.

5.4. Currency operations: For foreign currency transactions refund made at bank rate on refund date.

6.1. Customs procedures: Buyer independently responsible for customs legislation compliance.

6.2. Return from abroad: Possible with all customs formalities at buyer's expense.

6.3. Border delays: Not grounds for return if goods meet stated characteristics.

7.1. Buyer's rights:

• Receive proper quality goods
• Receive complete product information
• Return defective goods
• Receive quality confirmation documents

7.2. Buyer's obligations:

• Check goods upon receipt
• Preserve packaging and documents
• Observe claim deadlines
• Ensure goods safety until return

7.3. Seller's rights:

• Require expertise of disputed goods
• Refuse return when conditions violated
• Receive expense compensation for unfounded claims

8.1. Pre-trial procedure: All disputes resolved through negotiation within 30 days.

8.2. Judicial procedure: When agreement impossible disputes considered in KR courts.

8.3. Applicable law: Kyrgyz Republic legislation applies to party relations.
