Defective goods are accepted for return ONLY with: • Independent international-level expertise conclusion (GIA, SSEF, Gübelin) • All original documents and packaging • Application within 24 hours of receipt IMPORTANT: • You pay for expertise and all expenses • 25% penalty for unfounded claims • Refund within 90 days after positive expertise conclusion • Natural inclusions in stones are NOT defects Personalized, exclusive goods and goods over $50,000 are non-returnable.

WE PROVIDE GOODS AND SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. In any case, our aggregate liability does not exceed $10,000 USD.

Under Kyrgyz Republic legislation MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR COURT DISPUTES: • Claim amount not less than 100,000 som • Claim security at 50% of claim amount • Court costs reimbursement by losing party By filing suit, you waive right to jury trial and class actions. Statute of limitations is 6 months from dispute occurrence.

TERMS VALIDITY: • Terms effective from publication • Changes take effect immediately • Continued website use means agreement to changes • Invalid provisions don't affect others ADDITIONAL COMPANY RIGHTS: • Right to suspend website operation anytime • Right to change functionality without notice • Right to transfer rights and obligations to third parties • Right to recover all expenses for terms violations NOTIFICATIONS sent to email specified during ordering.
