Width
2–3 mm is a slim, barely noticeable band; 4–5 mm is the universal choice; 6–8 mm is a typical men’s width. A wide band feels tighter than a narrow one of the same size, so from 6 mm the size is usually taken a quarter to half a size larger — try on a sample of the same width.
Profile, gold and finish
A comfort-fit profile, rounded-sm inside and out, is the default for daily wear; a flat profile looks modern but its edges are felt more. 585 gold is harder and cheaper, 750 has a richer colour but is softer. White gold is rhodium-plated, and the plating wears off over time. A polished finish shows every scratch; matte and brushed finishes hide wear better.

Engraving and timing
We engrave inside in a day — a date, names or a short phrase in Russian, Kyrgyz, English or Arabic script. A pair without stones takes 7–14 days, with stones 2–4 weeks; allow a month before the wedding for fitting and final polishing.
