Our Story
Gems of Solomon was founded by a group of professionals interested in developing the jewelry business and promoting gemstones.
Our story began in the mountains of Badakhshan and the passes of Panjshir, where in the mines and deposits of emeralds, rubies, sapphires, and tourmalines, during long evenings in conversations with local tribal leaders, we dreamed of a peaceful Afghanistan, of its courageous people who would benefit from the wealth of the country's subsoil.
We specialize in gemstone mining, cutting, and jewelry production with distinctive character and identity.
We are proud to be one of the few companies in the world that can create jewelry from a rough, unpolished gemstone to sparkling jewelry pieces with exquisite taste, meeting the demands of the modern world.

Own Deposits
Emeralds, rubies, sapphires, tourmalines and many other gemstones are mined in Africa, Afghanistan, and Colombia. Some deposits and mines have belonged to tribes and peoples inhabiting these areas since ancient times, and new deposits where we and our partners have mining rights. Gemstone mining is carried out under the supervision of qualified gemologists. Every process from extraction, sorting to cutting is under careful control of gemologists, technologists and gemstone specialists.
Cutting Production
Diamond cutting is performed on industrial machines capable of producing diamonds from 0.01 to ten or more carats per stone. Colored stones are cut on machines capable of cutting from 1.2 mm to 20 or more carats per stone. The total monthly production of colored cut stones can range from ten to fifteen thousand carats.
Quality Control
Every process from sorting to cutting is under careful control of gemologists, technologists and masters. Stones for jewelry enterprises are standardized by size and quality. Jewelry designers have the opportunity to obtain exclusive stones with unique characteristics.
